Sightseeing around Putuo Village!

PUTUO VILLAGE, INSTA WORTHY-SPOT!❤

Good day everyone!
This entry is specifically for my Transport & Tourism group assignment but will benefit a lot of tourist whose making research before travelling (hopefuly!)

Senior citizen around Kulai called it as a place of Chinese Ghost (I WAS SCARED TOO. I RECITE ALFATIHAH ALONG THE WAY WHILE PHOTOGRAPHED HAHAHA). Ok back on track, Putuo Village is located at 1488, Jalan Kampung, Off, Jalan Kota Tinggi - Kluang, Felda Taib Andak, 81000 Kulai, Johor. If you wanted to visit this tranquil place, Click here to be directed to Google Maps.

It's open everyday including weekend BUT I recommend you guys to visit during weekdays. You will disappointed if you decided to go on weekend as it is full with tourist (imagine 2buses added on with 20+- private vehicle visited the place on Wednesday during PKPB). Please do not  worry about the parking as the place is spacious. Its open 9am to 6pm everyday. The fees is RM5 per person, which I think it is affordable with the serene environment offered.

Right after you enter this place, the security guard will check your temperature, scan MySejahtera, and pay for the entrance (they follow SOP, do not worry). They provide parking lot but its a bit far from the starting point of the ootd (outfit of the day) place. Other option, you can park your car wherever you want as long as you did not block other car to pass by, you will see lot of car park there too.

Before that, I will explain why is it 2 buses visited the place at once, and what so fascinating about this place? Its a place rich in Buddhism essence and cultural elements, you will see a lot of small white house temple around, and a big red temple next to the parking lot. Old Chinese Tourist Club often visit this place together. Not just that, rumor said Putuo Village is also an old folks home for Chinese and Buddha, half of the parking lot will be full of their children visiting them. During Chinese New Year, Putuo Village will be flooded with cars and tourist as their children come. Not saying it by fact, but some said this beautiful place is made for the old folks home to relax and chill but as the place has caught many eyes, it turn out to be an insta worthy-spot. It is free when I first visited the place, but after a month, their management has decided to charge RM5 per person. Next, this place also has a lot of beautiful spot to take photos, the surrounding is full of high bamboo trees! (feels like you are not in Malaysia somehow haha). You have to que to take photos in each spot, they have like 6-7 beautiful spot to capture. That is why Putuo Village is crowded with people.

You can enjoy your walk with mandarin writing and sanskrit on the flag as a roof of the street with mandarin number writing on the floor, while eating ice cream. But do not be demand, that Abang Bangla did not offer Magnum or KitKat ice cream there, only your childhood ice cream but it is delicious too! (CocoBar Ice cream, Polar Ice cream). Maybe you will meet a couple of newly wed is there too, to take their outside married photo session. That is all for now, see you in another entry next week! (Wink 😉) xoxo.
